I have lived in the Edmonton area most of my life, raised my family here, and participated in many community activities such as minor hockey, baseball, soccer, and the YMCA. I have a supported and worked with a number of charitable organizations.

WORKING WITH HOME BUYERS

I specialize in working with home buyers, typically young people looking to buy their first home, or out-of-town families relocating to the Edmonton area. It has been my experience with out-of-town families that we can accomplish a great deal even before they arrive in Edmonton, by getting to know what their interests are and by communicating via the telephone, Internet and e-mail. Before they arrive in Edmonton, I usually have a fairly clear understanding of their interests, and they have a good appreciation of the Edmonton area and our housing market.
